The Great Run Company are delighted to have inherited the Windermere Marathon from Brathay Trust.

 

The Trust hope to continue their connection with the event, with places for runners to fundraise for their great cause.

 

Brathay is a youth-development charity that provides vital support for around 7000 children and young people facing inequality and adversity every year.

​

Their work in the community and at their HQ in the Lake District, using a mixture of outdoor learning and community support, helps 10-25 year-olds overcome hardship and feel better about themselves.
